"Lynn, your enthusiasm is infectious. You are definitely a motivator! Most women don't express their innermost
thoughts for fear of ridicule, judgment or misunderstanding. God bless you in endeavoring to share with others the journey that God
has taken you on and the wisdom that has resulted from it." Louise G.
"Connection. Vibrancy.
Warmth. Lynn, we clicked from day one. Your coaching is a connection - a touchstone. The energy that our relationship
provides rejuvenates me and returns my perspective to what is real - my truth and my core. The big picture comes back into focus and
helps me recharge my heart and mind." Michelle P.

really enjoyed this!!! Time to appreciate myself a little more :) You're a great
coach! XO, Heather F.
Leadership Stark County, Ohio
It is my privilege to write this letter of support for Lynn Shepherd. Lynn was in the 18th class of Leadership
Stark County, completing the program in fall 2005.
The Leadership Stark County program is designed to give
participants a broad view of the community and expose them to various issues the community faces. This “big picture”, along with the leadership capacities practiced as part of the agenda, helps prepare
community trustees. Community trusteeship is a combination of service and leadership, genuine
care and competence used to improve the quality of life for our communities.
In the short time that I have known Lynn, I have been impressed by her passion and dedication. She is a creative problem solver and logical thinker. As part of the Leadership Stark County program,
Lynn was involved in a group service project with the Domestic Violence Project, Inc. With passion for empowering women, Lynn used her
skills as a group member to engage additional community organizations to become involved with the Domestic Violence
Projects.
It has been my pleasure to hear Lynn speak to women’s groups on two occasions. Lynn is very adept at relating to women of
all ages and other facilitators; they find it easy to communicate with her. She adapts
presentations to the audience, filling the room with a sense of empowerment and a passion for living life to its fullest. In a most gentle
manner, Lynn compassionately encourages women to make wise choices about their future and personal finances. I have left her presentations motivated and determined to focus more on my personal level of
wellness.
We are fortunate to have Lynn Shepherd working for the betterment of women and ultimately, for the betterment of our
entire community.
Sincerely,
Fran Wells, Director
